Level 1 Delay Attribution Manager
We have a great opportunity within our Operations team for a Level 1 Delay Attribution Manager.
Main Duties:
The purpose of this role is to work alongside GA and NR colleagues to investigate delay causing incidents as they occur. The role will require the ability to liaise directly with train crew and station colleagues to understand the causes of delay as well as being able to interrogate a number of real time systems to confirm causation.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate should have an inquisitive mind, with the ability to challenge colleagues in a cooperative manner. A knowledge of the railway is desirable.
This is a shift based role, which are as follows: (Early 0700-1430 (M-F), Late 1330-2100 (M-F) and Spare (0900-1630 M-Thurs and Saturday).
