Rate Negotiable Dependant on experience and skills Inside IR35
Location Various London
A major railway company is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support the effective delivery of the tunnel systems works through the coordination of jobsite activities by the contractor and its subcontractors and interfaces, through the monitoring and reporting of progress, and resolution of problems
Responsibilities:
Oversee MEP construction/installation activities at Station.
Monitor and support the principle contractor s compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
Drive MEP programme objectives and progress/performance against milestones and programme.
Liaise with the principle contractor and Project Manager s team to identify MEP risk, opportunities. Work with principle contractor to implement risk mitigation and opportunities.
Key attributes:
Degree in Engineering, Construction management or equivalent experience, all with an MEP focus.
Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, experience of dealing with MEP works packages of significant value, design, installation, testing and commissioning.
Strong leadership skills.
