AndersElite are curently looking for a MEP Manager to work with a Tier 1 contactor in London.

You will be responsible for;

Manage the design delivery which includes interfaces with other series wide contracts, monitor and manage the tier 2 MEP supply chain contractor through procurement, construction, quality assurance, testing, commissioning and handover activities for the MEP systems on the rail contract.

It is vital to manage the MEP works in accordance with the Works Information and deliver/handover systems to the Key Dates. This is a key Client facing role. As part of the team you will be reporting to the Senior MEP Manager and be part of the Station Fit out and MEP team. Contract Form is Design & Construct NEC Option C.

The scope of the work includes: * HVAC * Fire Mains * Smoke Ventilation * Hot and Cold water supplies * Low voltage supplies and switchboards * UPS * Station Lighting * Fire Alarms * Earthing, bonding and lightning protection * Stray current control * Cable Management Systems * EMC * Drainage * BMS * Lifts & Escalators * Temporary Builders supplies There is also interfacing with client system wide contracts that we will have deliverables for including: * SCADA * Automatic Fare Collection * Tunnel M&E * Platform Screen Doors * Instrumentation & Monitoring * Signalling * HV power (Non traction) * Track & OHLE * Traction Power systems * Radio, * Telecoms, * CCTV, * PA/VA, * EACS (NR only), * CIS * Advertising data * Utilities Other 3rd party Stakeholders.
