Rate: Competitive and Negotiable depending upon experience
Scope: Construction and delivery of OLE and Third Rail Environments

With our headquarters in Chatham, Kent, AM1 Projects manages its activities for the whole of the UK. This includes monitoring, auditing and validation of all the companies accreditations including our Network Rail Principal Contractors Licence.

AM1 Projects are capable of incorporating design and construction projects of varying scales and complexities, spanning the UK rail network.

The collective experiences of AM1, gained within the rail industry over many years, ensures that the projects and organisations we support benefit from our superior level of knowledge and engineering governance required within a regulated infrastructure environment.

Experience & Duties:

• Lead a team of site supervisors, co-ordinate and manage multiple installation teams
• Planning and delivery of post-design to actual build and commission.
• Assist programme of works; objectives, milestones, reviewing productivity v’s forecast
• Effectively communicate with the client, other contractors, project management and other senior management
• Collate and produce documentation for onsite deliverables
• Ensure Health, Safety and Welfare of all personnel – Risk assess site conditions and work activity monitoring all Health & Safety on site raising any issues to Project Management and HSQE for mutual resolution
• Ensure works delivered are fully compliant and meet industry legislation and standards, client specifications and methodologies

Min Requirement:

• Sound engineering ability within a multi-disciplinary infrastructure project
• Experience of Client and Contract requirements including awareness of Commercial aspects
• Based within reasonable travelling distance to work sites*
• Valid PTS
• Full Driving License
