My client has an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, to be part of their Civil engineering division. This role is based in West Yorkshire. My client specialises in civil engineering, covering groundworks to structures and bridge refurbishment. This is a permanent opportunity in the West Yorkshire area. Offering a great salary and package.

Your Key responsibilities will be to: -

Manage the site operations for the rail civil engineering contracts.

Do the planning and coordination of all staff and external resources.

Coordinate materials, plant and equipment.

Plan and manage the site activities and to ensure that they adhere to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies.

Be in charge of the site activities and provide guidance and be a source to contact on site work.

Liaise with the Project Manager, Commercial team and external parties throughout the at all stages of the contract works.

Carry out weekly reports on site progress.

Administer designated sites in accordance with the client systems and procedures, maintaining site records in conjunction with the Site Supervisor/Foreman.

Develop and maintain client relationships

To ensure projects are in line for completion to high standard in a timely fashion.

SMSTS

Civil Engineering BEng or HND

(PTS) Railway Safety Training

First Aid Qualification
