Our client is a growing rail civils and electrical contractor working as both a tier 1 and tier 2 supplier to Network Rail and LU.

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager starting ASAP to cover a number of projects in the South East/London region. This person will manage around 6 projects in total with 3 running at any one time and the role is to last for around 12 weeks work.

This is a Mobile role so full clean driving licence is key, own transport would be great as public transport to sites is not ideal. The role will be overseeing works done by sub-contractors so experience managing sub contractors plus own staff is key.

The works primarily comprise of soft refurbishment to existing operational Network Rail building in preparation for additional staff. The works are all classed as High Street environment and therefore do not require and NWR specific certification (PTS etc), but must have experience in managing similar sites in domestic style building/construction.

The sites are disparate across the south east of the country, being Brighton, Lewisham, Grain, Farringdon, Sittingbourne & Herne Hill.

Must hold SMSTS

Have previous experience on all of the following

Have the ability to manage subcontractors and sites in a standalone role.

Site Management paperwork skills must be of the highest level.
