THE COMPANY

As the Stakeholder Manager, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by working with Members of Parliament to understand local concerns and securing funding for station enhancement projects.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’ll have experience of engaging with MPs or local councillors and be a confident public speaker. An effective problem-solver, you’ll be able to investigate issues and communicate findings and solutions to diverse groups. Experience in obtaining funds or business development will also be essential.

THE ROLE

You will be in frequent contact and hold regular meetings with MPs to identify and understand the issues of their constituents relating to transport services. You will conduct investigations into issues raised and present findings either directly to the MP or via presentations at public meetings. This role will also see you developing effective communication channels with station managers to understand environmental and accessibility concerns which you will then develop into business cases to secure funding from internal resources and external bodies.

THE PACKAGE

On offer is a salary up to £50,000 per annum plus 15% bonus, free travel across a large network and final salary pension.
