About the role/project:
This post requires a NEBOSH qualified safety professional, with detailed knowledge of CDM2015, works management and risk management techniques to develop integrated documentation for the management of works within the business.
What you will do:
It is expected that the individual selected will have demonstrable experience of carrying out this type of document development within the railway environment. The selected person will be required to collaborate with workforce across the business, to confirm the detail requirements/changes to be made. Additionally, the person must have the ability to create briefing materials and be able to present the briefing materials to all levels of the business.
Your experience will include:
Essential
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques
- Ability to create detailed Health and Safety documents
- Knowledge of investigations process and techniques
- NEBOSH Diploma or recognised equivalent qualification
- Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
Desirable
- Knowledge of operational railway environment
- Knowledge of Network Rail Health and Safety Management System
- Knowledge of Network Rail Environment Management System
- Institute of Environmental Management Award (IEMA)
- Membership of a relevant professional body
