Supervisor/ Site Manager (Track /Civils)

My client currently has an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor/ Site Manager who is ideally multi-disciplinary with particular experience in Civils and track projects. The project will be based out of Oxfordshire area on a contract basis. You will be part a team on a major rail project to work on major rail projects as part of the design and construction programme.

As the Supervisor/ Site Manager (Track, Civils) your Key Responsibilities will be to:-

Carry out site inspections.

Assist in the planning of current on- site operations and future locations.

Assisting with 3rd Party liaison When its agreed by the alliance letter dropping the local residence for planned engineering works.

Assisting and Liaising with land owners and residents for access to GI locations.

Ensure all relevant site records and paperwork is maintained as required by the EWR and returning to office (moving forward). Daily quants and end of shift reporting.

Scoping future location for access egress suitability.

Relay feedback of any site issues or safety concerns.

Possession Hand back duties – Authorised Person (lines-peed Handback).

POS representative for all motorised plant within 3m of the line(s) (which hasn’t been undertaken by anyone in the alliance previously for any booked track access / possession etc when plant has been working) Ensure all site operations are carried out safely.

Deliver Toolbox talks and ensure work is to specification.

TBS briefings

Close call reporting

Key Skills, Experience:-

As a Supervisor on Civil, Track projects ideal multi-disciplinary experience

Of supervision of workforce external contractors.

You will have previous experience of EWR liaison / interface with the local residence

In completing the allocation sheets and signing in register In assisting with onsite audits

Qualifications Required:-

Rail Sentinel qualifications, PTS
