Job Title - Systems and Apps Support Manager (2nd Line)
Location - Milton Keynes
Rates - £263.62 per day (In scope of IR35)
About the role/project:
Experienced Service Manager required to lead a 2nd line support team consisting of 9 heads. They will be required to follow normal management best practice, holding 1-2-1's, coaching and general escalations.

- Significant experience in support of the relevant applications or modules.
- Technical knowledge and experience in configuring the products to meet company requirements.
- Experience of IT change management.
- Good analytical, organisational and team work skills.
- Experience of working in a multi-skilled team in a customer focussed environment.
