TOC Site Manager in London, London, United Kingdom
Role Profile:
Working within the TOC Maintenance team you will be responsible for all maintenance and minor works activities at London Bridge Network Rail station. Situated within the station during business hours, you will build strong relationships with the station management team to proactively monitor the systems, liaise with the Pirin Court Service Desk and swiftly resolve reactive faults on the communication and security systems we support. Minor works is an important service deliverable for this role which will involve surveying,
quoting and delivering works on the station in line with Network Rail standards.
Typical Deliverables:
- Reactive Maintenance activities on SISS systems - Management and delivery Planned Preventative Maintenance activities on SISS systems - Proactive monitoring of systems via Network Management platforms - Delivery of Minor Works - Liaison with station staff
Business Operations Skills - Experience:
Technical experience of SISS systems: - CCTV - PAVA - Data Network - Telephony Systems - Electronic Access Control - Station Management System (MICA)
Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent qualifications in the technical systems Network Rail - ICI Network Rail - PTS (not essential)
