The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to support the number one provider of rail solutions in the world at their site in Derby on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all project qualification and performance tests have been correctly scheduled to meet authorisation and to any customer acceptance phase
• Lead weekly project review meetings
• Manage day to day Fitness to Test reviews, this involves interfacing and communicating with all areas of the business, including test labs and operations
• Manage co-ordination of off-site testing
• Ensure all test trains, documentation and resrource are available to support the test programme
• Ensure all functional configuration requirement is known and understood
• Manage weekly test governance including global and operational KPI's

Location: Derby

Essential

• Rolling stock experience required
• Degree qualified in relevant area
• Test integration experience
• Ability to challenge and understand the handover process with the operations and PI
• Experience of understanding the status of the closure of issues raised on test to ensure that a re-test is scheduled
