Within Learning and Development, this role will support the assessment build of capability across MP in systems, processes and priority training areas to achieve P3M3 Programme Level 3, increase in capability and professionalism of roles aligned to the Operating Model to achieve Level 3 through contribution to developing and supporting implementation of digital learning and blended learning solutions. Employees in understanding their options available for development of their capability.
Key responsibilities and Accountabilities are to support the learning curriculum development including solutions to increase capability integrated into Learning Management System (LMS). This will involve close cooperation with QA - Highways England preferred supplier for long term learning solution provision. Stakeholder engagement with all parties involved to ensure effective learning solutions are developed. Development of strategy for learning solutions for wider curriculum as required and contribution to the development and implementation of learning solutions to support roll out of new processes and systems in MP, as required. Futher responsibilities include design and assist in learning design work for priority training areas, support work of QA learning solution provider and lialise between QA and HE MP to ensure right learning collateral is built. To do this, specific taks include: learning solution design and delivery working with stakeholders from each systems and process implementation and other priority training areas. Support/ advice to QA about development of longer term/ sustainable learning solutions.
