M&E Planner
London - St Albans

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an M&E Planner to work on London based projects. Working with an established contractor you will be working on Projects with values between £1m - £5m. Duties are around Planning for the delivery of the project.

Duties:

* To review design and construction progress
* Provide support to the team by understand risks and opportunities in potential change order throughout the project
* Interact with Sub-contractors
* Assist the Planning Lead with activities
* Assist with managing client relationships
* Control and monitoring of the programme
* Articulate relevant information to other team members
* Conducting independent site visits to evaluate site progress
* Attending sites and workshops with the site team

The candidate will ideally have experience of:

* P6 Primavera experience
* London Underground experience
* M&E experience
* Ability to work with little supervision

The position is based in NW London and has some travel to other sites. The contract is for 6 to 12 months and is flexible on pay. Please state your desired rate when applying.
