Position: P6 Planner Rail
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Car/Car allowance + Travel Expenses + London Weighting + Private Healthcare, + Pension, + 25 days holiday
Are you an experienced P6 Planner looking to add another iconic project to your portfolio?
You will be planning for an Enabling Works contract worth over £200m spanned over 5+ years.
Scope of works packages includes demolition, utilities diversions, highway realignments, instrumentation and monitoring, environmental works and surveys and construction compounds.
You will be working for one of the UK's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors.
As the Planner you will be required to:
- Compile four weeks look-ahead programme
- Maintain records, collaborative planning, reasons of delay etc
- Manage programme for some of Works Packages
- Communicate with Supply Chain and Site Team
- Update Monthly Programme (As Built Part)
- Maintain performance indicators KPIs and internal project controls dashboards
- Manage selective Supplier and Procurement Programmes

To do this role you must have:
- Degree/HND/HNC in Construction / Engineering
- Knowledge and Experience working on multi-discipline infrastructure projects
- Experience of planning, programming and progress monitoring.
- Understanding tender documents, contract documents and specifications.
- Understanding of risk and opportunity management with particular reference to planning/programming.
- Knowledge and understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment and labour requirements.
- Relevant CSCS Card
