- Great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Previous Administrative or Planning experience
-The ideal candidate must be a team player with the ability to work on their own initiative in a busy environment
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have
- Working within railway environment

Meeting minutes from the weekly Planning Meeting. Coordination of East London Line inductions, booking of inductions with Safety Manager and recording of candidates. Production of the Weekly Engineering Notices. Production of Master Plan drafts for review and discussion at the Weekly Planning Meeting. Recording of Direct Current (DC) Permit information from Person In Charge Of Possession (PICOP) packs for reports
