Are you a SSOW planner with P6 experience? Are you commutable to London? If so, please
continue reading as Randstad CPE is recruiting for a SSOW planner with extensive P6
experience to work on a contract basi.

Duties include:
Book possessions required by site for all works that require protection.
Attend appropriate planning meetings.
Pro-actively seek alternative possession availability to assist site construction works.
Meet with site staff to discuss future works and requirements.
Command a firm understanding of the construction works, be able to negotiate with
other contractors to best represent the sites and gain access to others possessions.
Maintain the possession schedule for the contractor.
Issue sites with a 2 weekly look ahead possession schedule every week.
Pursue sites for possession requirements, laying down process and cut off dates for
applications etc.
Write and issue SSOW packs to site within appropriate timescale
Ensure all necessary information required to complete SSOW packs i.e. COSS, PC,
HS names, sentinel numbers and telephone numbers are received from site/supplier
in good time.
Ensure samples of completed SSOW packs are audited and recorded.
Ensure authorising manager has completed and recorded SSOW pack sampling
regime.
