Salary: £50,000-£65,000 per annum
JOB PURPOSE Oversee and develop the integrated programme delivery plan (iPDP) for Land and Property including interfacing with Construction to ensure consistent alignment of plans with the requirements.
SKILLS
* Possess strong IT skills particularly Advanced Excel skills
* Qualified project manager, or similar professional qualification, with a strong track record of achievement in planning and project management within large scale infrastructure projects
* Ability to prepare, review and update project budgets
* Taking inputs from program team on cost performance and providing insightful reporting and analytics
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage, promote and influence across a large range of stakeholders including the Executive, and internal and external stakeholders
* Developing and implementing effective supply change metrics
* Analytically review areas of concern and liaise with project managers and senior management to address in a timely fashion
* Development and delivery of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports that are timely, accurate and actionable
* Ability to assess financial risks and contribute to the risk register as appropriate
* Ability to manage and execute schedules with in our planning tool Primavera (P6)
About the Role:
- Create, maintain, review and administer Land and Property schedules and plans that align to the overall requirements.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to discuss the progress of the Land and Property integrated programme delivery plan (iPDP) and address any issues that arise
- Liaise with Construction Planners to identify emerging issues and delays to delivery to ensure Land and Property maintain visibility and focus.
- Keep the Land and Property team (particularly the Programme Managers for each area) up to date re: status of the Land and Property Programme
- Present information for internal meetings on the status of iPDP and identify potential / emerging issues
- Problem solving and ad-hoc planning activities as required
