Frameworks Recruitment are working in partnership with an Award Winning Rail Contractor in the recruitment of a Senior P6 Planner to be based in the West Midlands, working on a variety of Key Medium to large scale Rail Projects.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for the production and Management of the Programme & Site Specific Project Programs.
• Reporting on Progress and Forecast.
• Interfaces between other Disciplines and Sub-Contractors
• Resource loading & Cost Management.
• Performed Earned Value analysis, CPI & SPI. Distribution of reports in multi-application formats, P3E, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word.
• Running reports, Dashboard on a monthly basis.

You will have / be

• Effective communicator who can communicate at both Site and Project level
• Personal Track Safety (PTS) / Sentinel Card holder

• Have a Proactive approach to work with the ability to gain a rapport with the Site teams
• Previous experience as a P6 Planner within rail projects (slanted towards Rail Civil engineering with exposure to Multi Disciplinary Projects
• Previous site experience and knowledge of building projects from the ground

You will be joining an existing team who values teamwork, safety and commitment above all. You will be working from site based locations so you must be able to have had previous site experience – It would be advantageous to have come initially from a rail project background and hold Personal Track Safety.

On offer is not only a salary to £65,000, a car allowance of £6500 or company car and the opportunity to earn upto 15% of your annual salary(average of each employee is 11%) giving a total package of around £78-80k
