Are you a Town Planning Manager? Do you have experience in infrastructure planning?
We have an exciting new opportunity as a Town Planning Manager, within a large railway industry organisation, based in their Euston offices. This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday <phone number removed> hrs/week), set to start on the 19th November.
This role offers the opportunity to manage town planning activities, within a specific geographic area, as the client lead for planning consent applications, and providing advice on a range of legislative, development and planning policy related issues associated with the construction and operation of a new railway.
Successful candidates will have a Town planning degree or equivalent, with membership of the RTPI; experience in infrastructure Town Planning, dealing with major applications or appeals under the Planning Acts, Transport and Works Act Orders, hybrid Bill, IPC or DCO (in private or public sector); experience in managing a team of planners and contractors; and ideally able to work from a Project or Programme Managers process.
