Contract Term: Network Rail
Contracting Authority: 12 Months - possibility of extension
Location: Remote Working - required onsite in London 1-2 days per week

Optimise and coordinate the annual and quarterly work plans to support efficient delivery of maintenance and project work within the delivery unit. Work Plan Coordinator required to focus on deconfliction. Track worker safety, support access planning in moving maintenance activities into possession.

As a Work Plan Coordinator, your main responsibilities would be:
- Produce annual and quarterly work plans that coordinate and optimise the use of labour, access, plant, tools and materials.
- Identify and request critical access and resource requirements for items included in the annual and quarterly plans.
- Monitor and report on work efficiency and unit costs of work volume delivery against the annual and quarterly plans, identifying the causes of variance.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- PPS – Possession Planning system knowledge is essential
- Work plan production and resource coordination and optimisation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
- High attention to detail
It would be advantageous if you had:
- Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and technique
