An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a major engineering organisation, based in Bristol. This is an initial six month contract, full time hours.
This engineering company has a wide client base, and does a huge amount a work with MOD clients, so this role will be taking ownership of these MOD accounts, ensuring balances are updated regularly, chasing moneys, ensuring correct issue of invoices, daily cash sheets are maintained and forecast reports are completed, amongst other associated responsibilities.
For this role, you will require demonstrable credit control experience. You will also have experience of dealing with MOD clients and knowledge of their payment systems. Other than that, the usual skills and attributes that make a good credit controller, excellent Excel skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, an attention to detail and tenacity and resilience.
