Experienced OTM Driver Operator LNW (South)

We now have a great opportunity within the Company for the position of an Experienced Train Driver for LNW South. The successful candidate for the role of Experienced Train Driver will hold a valid European Train Drivers License, be highly motivated, be able to operate and drive OTM machines and have an excellent knowledge of Drivers Rules and Regulations.
Essential requirements for the successful candidate include:
- Operate and/or drive OTM for which certification of competency has been obtained.
- Carry out daily and weekly maintenance of machines.
- Arrange to complete and return all associated paperwork/electronic format including Phires/DWR forms, completion of log books, updating machine databases and other documentation as required.
- Attain and retain required competency stipulated by ROGS (The Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006) and other applicable standards.
- Comply will all Rules and Regulations and observe all local conditions.
- Full UK recognised Driver’s license.
- Advise Control of all deviation to the planned shift e.g.: planned volume is not achieved, plant performance, crewing, non-provisions of pilot-men, etc.
- Work away from home to meet contractual and training requirements
- Willingness to learn to operate a wide variety of machines as per the needs of the business.
- Willingness to learn route competency as per the needs of the business.
- A valid European Train Drivers License

This position is full-time based on 35 hours per week. Salary is competitive based on experience.
