IT Support Specialist
Role Definition:
To work alongside the applications team as a replacement resource supporting various applications including Replicon, Spiridon & Team Centre, regular duties would include error log management, training, account re sets and general trouble shooting required within those applications to support end users within the business.
Occasional travel may be required across UK footprint in order to support role activities including any project or change driven activities required to support the business.
Specific Skills/Tasks:
· Service desk requests and ticket resolution
· Application Support
· Project based activities

· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Excellent written, oral, and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels throughout the organisation in a confident, flexible and empathetic manner.
· Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Full driving licence
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer facing.
- General administration.
