About the role (External)
About the team..
The team is a close-knit group of nine, spanning Marketing Campaigns, Brand, and Market Research. Together, they combine insight, creativity, and delivery to shape how campaigns come to life and perform.
This role sits within the Marketing Campaigns side, focused on planning and delivering high-impact activity from start to finish. It’s a collaborative environment, working closely with brand and research colleagues to make sure every campaign is insight-led, on-brand, and effective. Expect a supportive team that shares ideas, works at pace, and takes pride in delivering campaigns that make a real difference.
What does the average day look like?
No two days are quite the same, but most start with a check-in on live campaigns, reviewing timelines, aligning with agencies, and making sure everything is on track. There’s often a planning session with colleagues to shape upcoming activity, using data and insight to refine the approach.
As the day unfolds, work centres on coordinating with media and creative partners, keeping project trackers up to date, and making quick decisions to keep delivery smooth, whether that’s resolving a snag with a supplier or adjusting plans to meet deadlines. Time is also spent reviewing campaign assets to ensure they’re on-brand and consistent and managing where they’re stored and shared.
Alongside delivery, there’s a steady rhythm of pulling together updates and reports, tracking performance, and evaluating what’s working and what could be even better next time. It’s a hands-on role where organisation, collaboration, and attention to detail keep campaigns moving from idea to impact.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of campaigns and creative, and knows how to turn ideas into well-executed, high-impact marketing activity. Strong written communication skills are key, along with the confidence to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and work closely with agencies to get the best results, including challenging performance when needed.
Comfort working across tools like Microsoft 365, PowerPoint and Excel is important, as is the ability to stay organised while juggling multiple projects. A good understanding of end-to-end campaign delivery will go a long way, especially when it comes to keeping everything on track and aligned.
A professional marketing qualification is a plus, and experience or interest in marketing AI tools and approaches will help set candidates apart. Above all, this role suits someone proactive, collaborative, and focused on delivering work that makes a measurable difference.
