Role Overview:

Due to continued growth across major rail frameworks, my client is looking to appoint a Geotechnical Construction CRE to support the delivery of Anglia ERP projects across the South of the Eastern region.

This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing railway contractor that has built a strong reputation through quality delivery, proactive problem solving, and a collaborative culture. The successful candidate will operate across a variety of rail earthworks and geotechnical schemes, taking responsibility for safe delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

This role is ideal for a hands-on CRE who enjoys being close to delivery and working within a team-focused environment. You will play a key role in managing projects, supporting operational teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Network Rail standards.

Key Responsibilities:
·Act as Contractor's Responsible Engineer (CRE) across geotechnical rail projects
·Manage delivery of earthworks, drainage, and geotechnical packages
·Support project teams with planning, methodology, and technical solutions
