Rate: £320 per day (DOE)
Contract: Long-term

Do you have strong experience delivering works within a safety-critical rail environment?

Morson Vital is currently recruiting for a skilled Construction Manager to join our client’s expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous TFL exposure and a background in M&E or Civils to take on a key leadership role within major rail infrastructure projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires confident leadership, effective coordination of teams, and strict adherence to rail safety and compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working on the TfL network
• Background in either M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) or Civils
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
• Demonstrable experience managing site operations within rail infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of safety-critical working environments
