Construction Manager – Rail Infrastructure (MENA)

An international infrastructure contractor is looking for a hands-on Construction Manager to support the delivery of major rail and transportation projects across the Middle East.

The successful candidate will oversee site activities, subcontractors and construction interfaces across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on rail infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor safety, quality, programme and productivity.
• Drive construction progress and resolve site challenges.
• Coordinate with engineering and project controls teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of track, civil and telecoms-related works.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (mandatory).
• 15+ years' construction experience.
• Strong rail project background.
• Demonstrable experience managing major civil, track or telecoms packages.
• Experience working for railway contractors, infrastructure firms or EPC organisations.
• Good understanding of rail construction methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Experience on metro, mainline, freight or high-speed rail projects is advantageous.
