Construction Supervisor / Technician (m/f/d) - Berlin Location
We support renowned companies in the construction and engineering sectors in recruiting specialists and managers. For our client, an internationally active consulting firm working on major infrastructure and construction projects throughout Germany, we are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor / Technician (m/f/d) for their Berlin location.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitoring and overseeing construction on exciting infrastructure and building projects
- Ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety on the construction site
- Documenting construction progress and preparing site reports
- Coordinating subcontractors and communicating with site managers and project teams
- Supporting the acceptance of construction work and conducting quality inspections
- Participating in resolving technical issues on-site
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (e.g., construction technician, master craftsman in construction) or comparable qualification
- Initial to several years of professional experience in construction supervision, ideally in infrastructure or building construction
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
- Meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Team spirit and a confident demeanour on the construction site
- Excellent written and spoken German skills; English skills are an advantage
