Data Entry Operative

Duration - 3 months

Rate - 170 -190 Ltd day rate

Location - West London area

The role will be responsible for reviewing and triaging open Emergency Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders within the Asset Management Information System (AMIS). Review, triage and validate open Emergency Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work orders within AMIS.

• Investigate and close legacy work orders where maintenance activities have been completed.
• Ensure outstanding maintenance records are accurate, complete and reflect current asset status.
• Improve the quality and integrity of maintenance data to support effective asset management, planning and reporting.
• Work with operational teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of maintenance records.

The successful candidate:

• · Experience using an Asset Management Information System (AMIS, Maximo, Ellipse, SAP PM is essential
• · Knowledge of maintenance work order lifecycles (Emergency, Planned and Corrective Maintenance)
• · Strong data quality and analytical skills – essential
• · Ability to work independently to cleanse and validate historic records
• · Good stakeholder engagement with maintenance and engineering teams
