E&P Supervisor – Rail Industry
York (Projects across Carlisle to St Pancras)
Up to £300 per day DOE
Long-term Contract | Immediate Start

You will play a key role in delivering electrical works across a major section of the route, covering projects from Carlisle through to St Pancras. The role will involve supervising electrical teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with rail industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising E&P teams delivering electrical works across rail infrastructure projects
  • Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in compliance with rail standards and procedures
  • Coordinating site activities and supporting project delivery across multiple locations on the route
  • Providing technical guidance and oversight on electrical installations, maintenance, and fault finding
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity on site

Key Requirements

  • Valid PTS
  • Proven experience working with up to 650V systems, including feeder vaults, battery renewals, and 650V fault finding
  • Strong electrical rail background with hands-on experience supervising electrical teams within Rail
  • Completing and managing all associated office-based documentation, including work planning, isolation documentation, and relevant rail safety paperwork
  • Ability to work across multiple sites on a roster with flexibility to cover day or night shifts
