HVAC/Electrical Site Supervisor with CDM regs knowledge and experience required to work on an office fit out on a railway station project based in London.

The role requires someone to supervise site, oversee deliveries, sub contractors, maintenance of site diary including capturing all evidence to satisfy inspection and test plans.

Oversee all site HSQE matters.

The works are a small office fit out in a station environment with air conditioning and electrical installation elements.

Must be an experienced Site Supervisor with SSSTS/SMSTS, Asbestos awareness, 3 day emergency first aid at work qualification.
Ideally you'll have knowledge and experience of working in a railway station environment, but not essential.
Banksperson, manual handling and working at height would also be an advantage.
