South America – Light Rail / Tram‑Train Project

Role overview
We are supporting a client delivery organisation on an international LRT / tram‑train programme in South America and are looking to engage Spanish‑speaking rail professionals with strong on‑the‑ground delivery experience across LRT construction and railway systems.

These roles sit with the client delivery organisation, supporting construction oversight, systems integration, and interface coordination alongside contractors and system suppliers. This is not a pure consultancy role — a strong site‑based delivery mindset is essential.

Typical roles of interest (dependent on experience)

• LRT Construction Manager / Site Delivery Manager
• Systems Construction / Installation Manager
• Systems Interface Engineer / Interface Manager
• Systems Integration, Testing & Commissioning support
• RAMS / Safety specialists with strong construction exposure

Key responsibilities

• Support site‑based delivery oversight of LRT civil and systems works on behalf of the client
• Coordinate and manage interfaces between civil contractors, systems suppliers, and stakeholders
• Monitor construction and installation progress, quality, and safe working practices
• Support resolution of delivery, interface, and integration issues during construction and commissioning
• Liaise closely with contractors, engineers, and the wider programme delivery team
• Contribute to progress reporting, coordination meetings, and delivery assurance activities

Experience required

• Proven delivery experience on LRT, tram, metro, or urban rail projects
• Strong site‑based background, working directly with contractors and system suppliers
• Experience across civil / systems interfaces in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments
• Spanish language skills essential
• International project experience preferred
