We have a vacancy for a Material controller based in Goole for 6 Months.Primary deliverables of Material Control:&nbsp;<ul><li>Plans, schedules and monitors the ordering of materials through the production cycle&nbsp;</li><li>Prioritises schedules, customer orders or requisitions</li><li>Communicates with purchasing regarding shipping requirements</li><li>Compiles and maintains records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or shipped</li><li>Inputs data into shipping and/or purchasing systems</li><li>Liaise directly with fleet colleagues and project managers</li></ul>Essential<ul><li>Material Control - some previous MC role, can be junior with 6 months to 1 year experience&nbsp;</li><li>Some exposure of doing supplier engagement&nbsp;</li><li>Material requisitions and Order management</li><li>Purchasing and shipping knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Planning, scheduling and data entry</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Familiar with SAP – can have training&nbsp;</li><li>Rail material background&nbsp;</li></ul>
