MEP Site Manager

Are you an MEP Site Manager with London Underground experience?

Do you possess a SSSTS, SMSTS, or SMSTS, SSSTS, or CSCS Managers Black Card?

Location: NW London
Rate: £250 per day outside IR35 (CIS available)
Contract Length: 6 months +
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

A rail contractor are currently seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to support ongoing M&E works on a TfL project. This role will work closely with the lead Construction Manager, acting as his "eyes and ears" on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with programme expectations.

This is a site-based position working day shifts, providing strong on-the-ground supervision and project coordination within a live rail infrastructure setting.

Given the nature of the work, proven experience as an MEP Site Manager on TfL/London Underground projects is essential for this role.

This role has been deemed outside IR35 with a day rate of £250 per day.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or MEP Construction Manager on TfL / London Underground ICI projects.
• Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, or CSCS Managers Black Card.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
