MEPH Design Manager

North Acton, London (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Negotiable per day (Inside IR35)

Contract until September 2027 initially.

We're looking for an experienced MEPH Design Manager to join a major infrastructure project, taking responsibility for the delivery of MEPH design packages across key assets including the MEPH on Tunnels, Shafts and Headhouses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage MEPH design packages through to completion.
  • Lead design reviews, approvals, certification and sign-off.
  • Ensure design compliance and delivery of all MEPH requirements.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues and drive design progress.
  • Manage MEPH suppliers delivering fit-out works.

Essential Experience

  • Strong MEPH design management experience.
  • Major infrastructure project experience.
  • Design assurance, approvals and compliance expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to drive packages to completion.

Essential Requirements

  • CSCS White or Black Card (or ability to obtain before onboarding).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
