PMO Metro Lines Programme Control Technical Leader

EWI is supporting a major rail programme and is seeking an experienced PMO Metro Lines Programme Control Technical Leader to join the Owner's team.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing the integrated programme controls view across a large-scale metro programme, working closely with line managers, programme leadership, consultants and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programme controls activities across multiple metro lines and packages
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk and change management processes
• Manage programme-wide interfaces and reporting requirements
• Provide clear and accurate executive reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support design, construction and systems delivery teams with programme controls oversight
• Ensure robust governance, performance monitoring and programme assurance
• Act as a key point of contact between programme stakeholders and leadership teams

Requirements

• 15+ years' experience on major metro, urban rail or large infrastructure programmes
• Strong PMO, programme controls or project controls leadership experience
• Experience on the employer, owner, client or programme management side preferred
• Strong understanding of schedule management, cost control, risk and change governance
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and programme dashboards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to be substantially based in Israel
