Project Manager (m/f/d) - Structural Engineering, Berlin
We support leading companies in the construction and engineering sectors in their search for qualified specialists and managers. For our client, an internationally active consulting firm working on major infrastructure and civil engineering projects throughout Germany, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) in structural engineering for their Berlin location.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent management of demanding projects in structural engineering (e.g., bridge, civil engineering, and specialist foundation engineering projects)
- Management of project processes from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams, external partners, and subcontractors
- Point of contact for clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for contract management, change orders, and budget control
- Ensuring efficient communication and transparent reporting
Your profile:
- A degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management within the field of structural engineering
- Sound knowledge of the relevant regulations (VOB, HOAI, BGB)
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients and partners
- Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage
