Are you a rail Project Manager with specialist experience in UV lining within an infrastructure environment?

Do you have experience managing and delivering trenchless or pipeline rehabilitation projects across sectors such as rail, water, aviation, nuclear, or energy?

Location: Heathrow
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum DOE + car allowance (TBC)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist contractor at the forefront of trenchless technology, delivering critical infrastructure solutions across the UK. With a growing workload and increasing demand, my client is looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex UV lining projects from early contractor involvement (ECI) through to completion.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities for Project Manager:
·Lead pricing, planning, and delivery of UV lining projects from ECI through to completion
·Manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial performance to achieve target margins
·Prepare quotes, raise purchase orders, and track job costings
·Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful delivery
·Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions where required
·Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
·Support and mentor junior team members where required
·Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and promote a strong safety culture

Requirements for Project Manager:
·Proven experience as a Project Manager within UV lining / UV CIPP (essential)
·Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, cost control, and margin management
·Experience managing project teams and stakeholders
·Background in infrastructure sectors such as rail, water, aviation, nuclear, or energy
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·Full UK driving licence
