Which also offers great hybrid working.</p><h2><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></h2><p>Support the SQS and Commercial Manager with project risk management and enhance margin in alignment with commercial goals.</p><p>Produce CTC and CVR’s</p><p>Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for project</p><p>Support application of credit control</p><p>Maintain up-to-date records/reports/libraries of standard commercial documentation</p><p>Support the team in dispute resolution</p><p>Engage with the Client as well as subcontractors</p><h2><strong>Essential Skills</strong></h2><p>5 years of experience in an infrastructure sector in a commercial role such as Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.</p><p>Subcontractor management experience</p><p>Experience working in a fast paced environment in both the office and on site.</p><p>Personable , Proactive and Team orientated mindset</p><h2><strong>Desired Skills</strong></h2><p>Quantity Surveying Degree</p>
