Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on a major UK infrastructure project?

Do you have experience of working on NEC forms of contract and demonstrable experience of managing subcontractors?

Location: Northwest London
Duration: 12 months
Rate: DOE
IR35: Inside - Umbrella

This role offers hybrid working where you will be required on site 3 x days a week and work from home 2 x days.

Due to the nature of the role, only candidates with experience of working on a major UK infrastructure project can be considered for this opportunity.

Our client is a main contractor delivering heavy civils work on HS2. Due to an increase in work, they require a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the delivery team on the project. The successful candidate will have to have experience working on NEC forms of contract and subcontractor management.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparation of project forecasting, contract management, cost control whilst working closely with the subcontractors, site team and client.

Requirements:

• Previously worked on NEC Contracts
• Major UK infrastructure experience
• Previously worked for a Tier 1 Contractor
• Subcontractor management experience
