Rail BIM Modeller

Are you an experienced BIM Modeller with a background in Building Services and major rail infrastructure projects?

This is an opportunity for you to join a growing engineering team delivering complex station and rail infrastructure projects, working with industry-leading digital engineering tools in a collaborative environment.
Location: London (3 days per week in office)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality 3D BIM models, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver accurate, coordinated digital engineering solutions across complex Building Services designs.
What You'll Be Doing
·Producing and coordinating 3D BIM models and construction drawings.
·Creating models using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, MicroStation and ProjectWise.
·Supporting clash detection, model audits and design coordination.
·Ensuring BIM deliverables comply with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
·Maintaining information within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
·Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle.
What You'll Need
·3-5 years' experience as a BIM Modeller on major rail, infrastructure or Building Services projects.
·Strong experience with Bentley OpenBuildings Designer and MicroStation.
·Experience using Bentley ProjectWise and Bentley iTwin Design Review.
·Building Services (MEP) modelling experience.
·A good understanding of BIM standards, Common Data Environments (CDEs) and coordinated design.
