Rail Construction Scheduler - Philippines

EWI is supporting a leading engineering consultancy on one of Southeast Asia's largest and most significant rail infrastructure developments. We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join the project team in Manila and support the delivery of this major urban transport programme.

The Opportunity

As Construction Scheduler, you will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress across the construction phase of the project. Working within a multidisciplinary international team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting project delivery through effective planning and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Prepare scheduling reports, presentations, and progress updates for the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and mitigation measures.
• Attend project meetings and, where required, chair planning and coordination meetings.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Support wider project controls and planning activities under the Construction Schedule role.
• Ensure schedule compliance and provide analysis to support informed project decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction activities, sequencing, and project execution methodologies.
• Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling on major infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience on rail, metro, tunnelling, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects would be highly advantageous.

Package

Package is expected to be $7-9,000 per month with an additional $3,000p/m for allowances. All TAX FREE.
