Rail Electrical Project Manager

Are you an experienced MEP Project Manager with a contractor background and strong electrical experience?
Do you have hands-on site experience across MEP projects, with knowledge of BMS, SCADA and commissioning?
Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Location: Banbury - Site-based 5 days a week
Rate: £500-£550/day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Contract: Long-Term rolling contract
Start Date: Flexible - Can wait for the right person
We're looking for an on-site MEP Project Manager to oversee the delivery and interface of MEP works across two buildings on HS2.
Where you will add value:
·Managing the MEP contractor interface, ensuring the subcontractor is ready to mobilise and deliver.
·Overseeing buildability ahead of construction.
·Managing pre-construction documentation and site readiness.
·Coordinating with subcontractors and project elements.
·Monitoring progress and ensuring the MEP works remain on programme.
·Managing sequencing and interfaces across the project.
·Supporting commissioning and resolving practical site issues.
·Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful MEP delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
·Strong MEP Project Management experience, must be contractor-side.
·Electrical background preferred.
·Practical, on-site MEP delivery experience.
·Experience with BMS and SCADA systems.
·Understanding of commissioning and MEP sequencing.
·Experience managing interfaces between multiple subcontractors.
·CSCS card - essential.
·SMSTS - preferred, but can be worked around.
