Location: Banbury (5 Days Site Based with Occasional Home Working)
Rate: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Contract: Permanent

Looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of the pre-construction and delivery of major electrical packages on a significant railway infrastructure project?
This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to play a key role in the development and delivery of electrical works on a major rail infrastructure scheme. You will be responsible for managing pre-construction activities while supporting the successful transition into project delivery.
Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will help ensure electrical solutions are developed efficiently, risks are identified early, and projects are positioned for successful delivery.

- Leading pre-construction activities across electrical railway infrastructure packages
- Supporting programme development, procurement, and project planning activities
- Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities during pre-construction
- Working closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, and delivery teams
- Supporting the transition from pre-construction into successful project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with railway standards, specifications, and project requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience operating as an Electrical Project Engineer
- Experience managing pre-construction activities on rail infrastructure projects
- Rail infrastructure project experience
- Relevant electrical qualifications
