The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an Ongoing Supervision contract on the Rail Baltica High speed rail project in Latvia.
Opportunity:
This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an international expert to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity to join a projects from its commencement and play a role supervising the construction activities on behalf of the client.
Responsibilities:
The successful individual shall be responsible for leading the Quantity Surveying elements of the project on behalf of the end client. They shall work closely with the Contract & Commercial team to minimise & defend claims, Manage and Maintain the cost of the project and report progress.
Key requirements for the role:
- Degree qualified (civil engineering or related subject)
- 10 years’ experience as lead Quantity surveyor
- 1+ year experience, in railway infrastructure project (value > 100 M€) already commissioned.
- Experience in 1 commissioned civil engineering project where CESSM (Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement) used
- RICS qualified would be beneficial
Salary Package:
The salary package would be expected to be between €8,000 & €8,500 (Gross) per month with an additional benefits.
