Rail Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a railway Tier 2 subcontractor?

Do you have multi-discipline experience across Signalling, E&P, and Civils?

Contract Rate: £450/day Outside IR35 - Paid Ltd

Location: Hertfordshire - 3 days in the office / site, 2 days remote working.

Contract Length: Long-term rolling contract.

Role Details:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the commercial management of multi-disciplinary rail projects across Signalling, E&P, and Civils.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage project budgets, forecasts, and CVRs
·Administer subcontractor accounts, including valuations and final accounts
·Handle variations, compensation events, and claims (NEC)
·Provide accurate commercial reporting and cost advice
·Support project teams to drive commercial performance and mitigate risk
·Ensure timely applications, payments, and cash flow management
Essential:
·Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a railway Tier 2 subcontractor.
·Multi-discipline commercial experience across Signalling, E&P, and Civils.

Preferred:
·RICS Membership.
