Construction Security Officer

Location: St Neots Area
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Duration: Short term contract

We are currently seekingConstruction Security Officers to provide security coverage across five construction sites in the St Neots area. This is a short-term assignment requiring vigilant and professional personnel to maintain site security during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned construction sites.
• Monitor and control access to site premises.
• Prevent unauthorised entry, theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Maintain accurate incident and patrol records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents.
• Liaise with site management and emergency services when required.

Essential Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence/Accreditation.
• Previous security experience, ideally within a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong communication and observational skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Experience working on construction sites.
• First Aid qualification (advantageous but not essential).
