Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive rail sector experience to join their successful commercial team.

Our client is a highly respected consultancy within the rail industry, having delivered some of the UK's largest engineering and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the rail sector.
• Strong cost management and commercial expertise.
• Experience with tendering, bidding and project costing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
