Working closely with engineering, maintenance and operational teams, you'll provide the technical insight needed to support informed investment decisions and long-term asset performance.

  • Engage with maintenance teams, engineers and key stakeholders to gather asset intelligence and operational insights.
  • Assess asset condition, performance and associated risks to inform future investment priorities.
  • Develop and maintain asset workbanks aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Produce technical specifications and engineering requirements for renewal and enhancement projects.
  • Support project delivery teams to ensure asset requirements are effectively translated into project delivery.
  • Contribute to asset strategies, prioritising renewals, refurbishments and enhancements.
  • Prepare and present business cases, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating investment benefits and the operational risks of deferred works.

About You

You'll be an experienced Asset Engineer or Asset Management professional with a strong understanding of fixed plant assets and lifecycle management within a complex engineering environment.

You'll also have:

  • Experience developing asset management plans, investment strategies or long-term business plans.
  • A background in maintenance, engineering or infrastructure asset management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both engineering and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience assessing asset condition, risk and performance to support strategic investment decisions.
  • The ability to produce compelling business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Experience We Are Looking For
